Primecell, a biotechnology company owned by one of the founders of LIFE BioCEEd, has sold a majority stake in two biotechnology companies. These were acquired by VITA 34, the global leader in the field, based in Germany. The transaction, whose key value lies in its expertise in cell therapy, is one of the most significant in the Czech biotechnology sector in the last 20 years. More here
